Using EDDM Planner

EDDM Planner is a free planning tool from 9x12tools, operated by Seven Pillar House LLC. It helps you choose postal routes, estimate costs, share coverage, and prepare mailing documents.

Free planning access

Route exploration and estimates are available without an account. A verified email is required to save plans, publish coverage, and create documents. Accounts can save up to 100 plans. There is no planner subscription or credit card requirement. Printing, postage, and any optional 9x12tools subscription are separate.

Check before you mail

Route data and delivery counts can change. Cost results are estimates based on the displayed postal rate and your inputs. You are responsible for your final quantities, printer specifications, postal eligibility, forms, and payments. Confirm your mailing with USPS before printing or presenting it for acceptance. Generated paperwork does not purchase postage or submit a USPS order.

Your campaign

You control the information you enter and whether you publish a coverage link. Only publish information you have permission to share. A break-even calculation is arithmetic using your inputs, not a promise of sales, income, delivery outcomes, or advertiser results.

Reasonable use

Do not attempt to access another person’s private plans, bypass rate limits, disrupt the service, or use the public interfaces for bulk scraping. We may restrict abusive access to keep the tool available.
